Advanced Passenger Information

For some time we have flown with VA and I normally submit API giving passport details, hotel etc.

This year we are flying US Airways via Philly and I have had a look but can't see if it is required or where to put it.

Can anyone help?

sorry i cant help with your problem

but just a thankyou for the reminder !! i was supposed to do ours when i got our new passports and had totally forgot somehow its not even on my to do list !

It is required, however US Airways only collect the information at check-in (either online or at the airport). So it might be worth making sure you have the necessary info with you and handy when you check in.
