Adults and kids meals

Sorry because I know this has been asked a million times and up until now it's never been of concern to me. Will most table service places let an adult order a kids meal? (non DDP)

Most non-buffet, TS restaurants will let an adult order off the kid's menu. At buffets, an adult will pay the adult price, regardless of what he or she eats.

YES! I've done that and I am 21. Usually the kids menu has Macaroni and Cheese or just your basic spaghetti noodles with marinara. I'm a vegetarian so I do this sometimes. One time they gave me an adult portion of the kids choice and charged me double for it. So, it all depends.
