It has been awhile since my husband and I have been on an all-adult trip to Disney World, and I so I want our trip in November to be especially fun. What advice to you all have for a couple of Disney-loving adults in AND OUTSIDE OF each of the parks?

Inside, do what you enjoy. If you hate the kids stuff, don't do it. If you love it, do it as much as you want. Enjoy your food, relax, have fun! Book your FP+ but don't worry about them if your plans change!

We don't spend a lot of time outside the parks, but we enjoy the pool at our resort!

You might find you get more response in the Disney for Adults and Solos board! :)

We've been traveling to WDW as adults for some time. If you like your pool time, go early in the day. Most families head out to the parks and the pools are fairly quiet before noon. Dinners - book nice restaurants on the late end of dinner (after 8). We don't over plan, just go with the flow.. Have fun!

This will be our first adult trip and I feel like I'm going to see WDW in a whole new light. We are only doing Epcot since we will be there for F&W. I was trying to find things to do outside of the parks that we haven't done with the kids.
I booked the Epcot Seas Aqua tour, although it is in Epcot you don't need a park ticket to do it. I think after that we'll head back to the resort pool and then back to Epcot for a late dinner.
I'm also planning on doing some kayaking at Fort Wilderness and renting Sea Raycers (haven't decided where yet). We'll check out Jellyrolls and if the new Abracabar is open, that too.
Other than that we are just going to focus on relaxing at the pool spending time together and trying new foods and drinks and enjoying what F&W offers.

Trader Sam's Grog Grotto at Polynesian Resort. It's like a Disney experience bar. Search for it on YouTube and see if you might be interested. If you order a specific drink, the CM and the bar comes to life. It's new and so unique!

Get a Dole Whip with Rum at Tamu Tamu Refreshments, in Animal Kingdom! Sometimes they have them during F & W in Epcot. Get an Irish Coffee at Raglan Road (Disney Springs)! The Boathouse, have drinks at the Dockside bar, fun place to watch the Amphicars! (Disney Springs) Margaritas at La Cava del Tequila, Mexico/Epcot. We really enjoyed F & W but it was crowded. Spend one day park hopping and do just the thrill rides! Get a Memory Maker and try to get all the magic shots! We went to the parks early and came back to the hotel for lunch. Changed for the evening in the parks as it was chilly when we did the November trip. Relax some and have fun!

We've been lots without the kids, and the last several years when we have brought them along, there is usually a day or two that we do the parks with them, then they go to the parks without us and they hang out in the room in the evenings and get room service, go down and watch the movie, etc. Our typical adult day goes like this: 1. Wake up whenever - no alarm. If the kids are with us, we feed them something light in the room and push them out the door toward the monorail or bus stop and say "have fun". 2. Eat a nice breakfast wherever we want and take our time without being reminded how many rides we've missed because we are eating at a sit down restaurant. 3. Spend the day at the resort pool, typhoon lagoon or blizzard beach - or if going to a park, EPCOT usually - especially if it is F&W time. 4. Back to the room to take a nap about 3:30 - 4:00 so we can stay up late. 5. Nice dinner that does not involve chicken nuggets and fries. 6. This is where it gets interesting. We almost always end up at a bar at one of the Deluxe resorts. AKL is one of our favorites because we like to sit in the rocking chairs with a drink and watch the animals before it gets dark, then see them again with the night vision goggles. Or the Poly always is a great place for drinks, as is the Grand Floridian. But sometimes the Outer Rim bar is the mood we are in. Sometimes at the Contemporary, I'll even sneak into the arcade for a minute while my DW shops. If we are in a more energetic mood, we will go to Downtown Disney (not calling it Disney Springs). Or - now that our oldest is 18, we will drive off-site (gasp!!) for dinner and spend the evening at a wine bar in Winter Park, or see a play, etc. 7. Rinse and repeat.

Oh, I love your suggestions! I just bought the personalized Monorail Drink-a-Thon passports and the Drink Around the World Passports (definitely worth going into Epcot for a fun game!) Both seemed fun because they are anot adult game, and we enjoy "challenges" and meeting others doing the same thing!
