Any tips or suggestions for an adult only all inclusive beach resort. We really don't care where, just looking to get away and enjoy.

We just got back from a trip to Live Aqua Cancun, which was a very nice, relaxed resort. We looked at flight + hotel packages through various sites and found the best price on Travelocity, plus when we booked through Travelocity we got $400 in resort credit (broken down for certain amounts for room upgrades, spa treatments, etc.).

We're on the Budget Board so I'm going to point out it was a little on the pricey side, but we thought we got what we paid for. The resort was immaculate, service was impeccable and it was a great anniversary trip for us. We also found there weren't that many folks there who were getting drunk & wild, so maybe the price point kept that crowd away.

The tip I would give would be to look at going to an all-inclusive in the fall, which is most resorts' low season. Good rates then.

We stayed at Couples Swept Away in Negril Jamaica a couple of years ago. It was amazing!!! Very clean and beautiful! Great food! Super staff!!! The beach service was amazing! The beach is one of the most beautiful I have ever seen. We stayed at a secrets in Mexico last year and it didn't compare. The beach was bad, rough, muddy. Not worth going to. Food was good and resort was nice but no comparison to Couples in Jamaica. Enjoy!!!

I loved The Body Holiday in St. Lucia. Includes fitness activities (yoga, tennis and golf lessons, etc.) and one spa treatment per person/day, in addition to food and drink. The setting is absolutely beautiful and they've got a great beach. So relaxing.

We went in the fall about 3 years ago and at the time paid $1700/pp for the week for an upgraded ocean view room with balcony, which I thought was very reasonable.

I've stayed at both Excellence resort and Secrets resorts, both are adult only all inclusive. I've really enjoyed both and they are pretty similar (used to be the same franchise). Both resorts are much less expensive than Sandals resorts, but are really nice and offer similar amenities and experiences.

Here are the links Secrets resort group

Excellence resort group

I haven't stayed at either of these but I know that the Palace resort group has some adult only resorts and also the El dorado resorts are adult only all inclusive (but a little more expensive)

We have stayed at Palace, Moon and Aventura(now with Hard Rock), and Excellence, Rivera Cancun and Playa Mujeres. I will say that Excellence Playa Mujeres is the the best of these 4. It is not going to be the cheapest adult all inclusive, but we are going back next month for our third trip to that particular resort so we clearly like it.

We just got back from a GREAT stay at Secrets Maroma in Riviera Maya. Have NO complaints. LOVED everything about the resort. Highly recommend it and can't wait to go back.

We just got back from the Now Larimar resort in the Dominican Republic.

We had a great time. The resort was beautiful, staff was friendly, beach was amazing.

It was reasonably priced also.

I have to look up the name but we went to an adult only all inclusive in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic. LOVED IT! I believe it was only $2400 for two of us which includes airfare (went in June).
