We are sailing on Sept 11th Wonder cruise with our two kids (12 and 10). This will be our first Disney Cruise, and having read a few trip reports, it seems most people seem to go to bed early :confused3 . Is there a "lively" nightlife :drinking1 for us to enjoy after the kids crash in the cabin? What time does the party end (if there is one) in the club(s)?

Well the Disney ships are certainly not party ships LOL.. I had to go to guest services at 130 one morning for something and I think I might have ben the only person walking around the ship at that time LOL....I went to one of the clubs once (can't stand cigerette smoke so couldn't go in there much) and it was pretty dead...but I know for like the 70's party etc its supposed to be pretty fun in there!

FM,

Adult fun!!!! :goodvibes

Sorry for my moment of immaturity!!

However if you think the kids are going to bed before you, :rotfl2:

There are adult activities in the evenings. We went to the 80's one (on the Magic) and it was alot of fun. I got back to the cabin after dancing around 1.

Honestly, I don't mean to sound old (I'm only 40ish, EARLY 40ish) but I was so tired by 11 most nights that it didn't matter. I tried to make it to the shows, but after doing so much during the day, the hot sun, lots of food in my tummy and a drink (or 2) with dinner...I got some of the best sleep I had in years!!!

I would see if you can track down some Navigators to see just how much is going on...and, believe me, there is plenty. Our DS8 stayed in the clubs basically until they closed each night (midnight or 1am) while DW & I tried a bunch of different activities - adults only skits, karaoke, dance parties, movies, walking on the deck, adults only pool, etc.

We'll see you there on the 11th!!! We are bringing our DD4 with us. Luckily though, my parents will be with us too to watch her in the evenings if we want to do something. I will surely be the last one to bed! And what is this karoke I hear of?? Do they have it on the boat?

On the four night cruise they had both family karaoke and adults only karaoke. The family karaoke was fun to watch because there were a lot of kids singing. The adults only seemed to attract more audience than participants.

Oh noooooooooo! Look for me in the karoke lounge. my BF and I probably will never leave it.

We'll be right there with you as the last ones left standing! :teeth:

There is a website that has Navigators posted. I can't post it here b/c it's being filtered. I'll PM you.
