Im sure there is probably a really simple answer to this question but for some reason I cant get hold of my planner for love nor money....I have 2 guests attending my reception that are both 12, with this age they are eating off the regular adults menu but.....do they count as a child when it comes to drinks packages?:confused3
Thanks in advance!

For the package with alcohol, I'm pretty sure that they don't count guests under 21. If you're having just the soft drinks/juice package, I'm pretty sure they count as adults. You should verify with your planner when you can, but I would imagine that they'd count all over 21s as getting the alcohol package, and any under 21s as getting the non-alcohol package.

I was told by our planner that, for people under 21, we would be charged the soda/water/juice package price for them during the same time period that the adults have an open bar. I think for us then a 5 hour open bar works out to be around 50 dollars per head for adults and 20 dollars per head for people too young for alcohol.

Hope that helps!
