Dh and I just booked a last minute trip to WDW with our 3 1/2 yo dd for Feb. 8-13. My bday is Feb. 3rd and dh turns 30 on 2/14, Valentine's day. I'd like to do something special for him. I am the bigger Disney nut. He likes it too, but not like I do. Originally, I was thinking that I would surprise him with our own private MK fireworks cruise. However, it is going to be close to $300. I think he would rather have the $ to spend on computer stuff... which is what he loves. Then I was thinking, I wonder if I can have a cake delivered to our room and maybe balloons delivered or have our room decorated for his bday. I checked the florist, but they don't seem to have balloons. Disney does know that we are celebrating bdays, and we are staying at Pop. I really liked the idea of our own private cruise, but he is so practical, he might not be happy about it. DD would need to be included in whatever we do. We prefer to celebrate with her. I have adr's and might add a cake to one, but I really wanted something special. He would love a keys to the kingdom tour, but dd is too young. I don't think he would do it himself. I just want to make it special for him. The reason he even allowed me to book it is because we just had our 3rd miscarriage. Now, we get back around midnight and he will have to drive home from the airport in the first hour of his 30th year. I really want to show my appreciation. Any ideas? He never comes on this site. I sure hope he doesn't decide to check it out now!! I am just stuck.
