ADRs

What time do you make your dinning ADRs? Our family enjoys eating late dinners 7:00 - 8:00. Unfortunately I'm afraid that will interfere with the viewing of fireworks. Are there any places that stay open late, after fireworks? It's so hard trying to figure out these ADRs 90 days in advance!

Fireworks are usually at the closing time of the parks so I doub't restaurants in the parks would serve people after that - but I can't say for 100%.

If you eat at 7pm, I'd think you'd be done by the time the parades/fireworks started.

While we were down there we found that a day or two was enough to make a ADR (last week)
