Not sure if this will be posted in the right spot so Mods if Im wrong feel free to move this post to where it should be! We are a foster family and have placement of three little girls ages 3, 18mts and 6mts at this point. We also have a 6 year old and a 3 year old. First off, we are praying we can adopt these girls and they will be with us on our trip. (yes we know were crazy, we LOVE disney) When we made the reservation for the room we were told we didn't need to include the 18mt old and 6mth old in the reservation because they are under 2 and we won't be purchasing DDP or tickets for them as long as our room could accommodate them. We are booked at Jambo house in a room that can accolade us. So we are essentially a party of 5 on our reservation.(but really 7) When I make ADR's can I include the littles in ADR's if they aren't listed on our reservation for the hotel? And do I book for 5 and just add two highchairs when we are there or book for 7? Thanks, our 180 is tomorrow...

For the restaurant reservation what is important is that they know the size of your party so they know the size of table needed and thus I would put 7 on the reservation. You can also inform them if high chairs are needed, and I bleieve you can add that info when reserving on-line. That you may have more on the restaurant ressie than on the room ressie does not make any difference.

Ok, thank you! It will let me book online with more ppl than on the room ressie with +10?

Best of luck on the adoptions! That's absolutely amazing of you to open your home & your hearts to 3 children.

And on a lighter note.... Five kids that young at WDW? I hope you survive the trip!;)

If you call to book the ADR's they will ask for the ages of the minor children. So you should tell them 7 and they can adjust the seating to your requirements.

The hotels usually also want to know all of the people that are in the room even infants.

I had the situation come up while I was there in February. On one reservation I had named a friend who was coming for a few days. They couldn't come and at check in I casually mentioned that there were just 2, not 3. They made a big deal of taking my friend out of the system.
