What information do i need when making ADR's??

i heard before you have to give your hotel conformation number and flight comformation number is this true?

after you have make your ADR's will Disney sent, or email you all you confomration numbers for it?

You only need your hotel confirmation number if you're staying on site since you can book a little earlier (180+10 day rule) than if you're offsite, also they will link all your reservations together. We stay at SOG, which while technically on WDW property, isn't owned by them since it's a US Armed Forces Recreation site and I just give them my phone number when I make ADR's.

They ask for either your confirmation number or your telephone number, inclluding area code. You do not need to be staying on property in order to make an ADR at 180 days out. They do not ask about your flight information.
Have a pen and paper ready to write down your confirmation numbers yourself. They do not send them to you after you make them. You can have them priinted out at the Concierge Desk after you check in. It is best to keep track of them yourself.

As the others have said, they will ask your conirmation number, then they will also ask your phone number, THAT is how they track your ressies, via your phone number. So dont give them your cell one day, then call back and add a use another #, at that point they wont all be together.

I then call back and re-confirm that everything is in the system correctly. IMO, I suggest basically doing this later the same day. That way if there IS an issue, you are finding out far enough in advance to get it fixed, and not getting a 'suprise' when you show up to CRT at 8am and get turned away because they say you dont have a ressie :)..

I agree w/all the other posters. One more piece of advice if you're planning to eat at a time that could be confused for a morning or evening time - make sure the CM says whether its am or pm. Just an example: If you're eating at Chef Mickey's at 7:30am for breakfast - make sure when the CM repeats the time & place w/confirmation number that they do have 7:30 am NOT 7:30 pm. I have read on these boards of this happening. I went through all my ADRs and made sure times were correct. As a PP stated, reconfirm your ADRs prior to leaving - the CMs (at least the one I had) don't mind at all.

If you are booking a place that requires a CC, have your CC nearby, CRT will require a CC# (even if you are on the dining plan).
