ADRs with CC guarantee: Changing card?

I made my ressies back at my 180 day mark. Overlooked that the card I used expires in February. Not going to WDW until May.

Looked on Disney's site and could not find where to change the card. Am I overlooking this or is it just not there? Should I call Dining and have them change it? Or just forget it?

I don't want to lose my ADRs.

It happend to me last year and I was able to keep all my reservations without changing the expiry of my card..
