ADRs - what time to call

I'm going to be at WDW in June 09. I can start making my ADRs on 3 March. Does anyone know what time the phonelines open? I am calling from Australia so need to figure out exactly when I can call so that I get everything I want.

They open at 7am EST, which if you are in Syndey or Melbourne means you would call at midnight on the night of the 3rd/wee hours of the morning of the 4th, local Australian time.

Thanks very much! I have my heart set on Boma and Les Chefs de France. Looks like I might have a couple late nights....

Don't forget that if you are staying on-site in a Disney resort, you can make up to ten days' worth of ADRs on that first night's call...

We've had problems getting Chefs a couple of times in the last couple of years, but never have had a problem booking Boma as long as it's possible to be flexible by 20 or 30 minutes - it's a much larger restaurant than Chefs.
