ADR's: What happens if you book 9 and 7 show??

so we have a small problem there are alot of people in our group who are kinda up in the air. if we book for lets say 9 people and 7 show do we have to pay 20 dollars cancellation on the other 2. I dont want to be rude and book 5 reservations a day

If the reservation requires a credit card guarantee, then yes, you'll have to pay the fee. Also keep in mind that at CRT and the dinner shows, it isn't just a $20 fee, but the entire price.

but...your statement isnt correct (it did sound appropriate though)
after digging through there site forever i found this
http://disneyworld.disney.go.com/faq/dining/#subCategory20
which states there is no charge as long as the dining reservation is upheld. i am sure they will not be pleased if you schedule every reservation for 10 and 2 show .

Good to know - I had heard otherwise.

I do know that what I stated about CRT and the dinner shows is correct. You will be charged for the number of people you make the reservation for.

yeah i am pretty sure they are held to a different standard. i guess they have to give some slack on the others because it could be a real hassle if someone was sick and had to stay in the room. plus if you have a bit of slack you arent going to book reservations for 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 people every day
