I think it is 7am est but just wanted to say I made mine today online at about 7:50am with no problems at all. I got Chef Mickey's at 7:45am, Le Celier at 6pm, Boma at 5:45pm....just to name a few. I really had alot of room to wiggle to with the times, so if you can't get right on the phones at 7am you might be ok! Good luck
