Like another first timer I'm in a panic! :scared1: I thought our Travel Agent had been working on our plan, but realized yesterday that she hadn't taken into consideration anything I had said.

This will be our 1st Family vacation. Myself, DH, 5 year old twin girls, and MIL. The girls aren't very princess-y and prefer the Prince's more. We will arrive bright and early on Wednesday (Nov. 30) and depart EARLY Sunday (Dec. 4) as we are driving. We will have stopped and slept on Tuesday, so we will be rested when we arrive.

Wednesday
MK
dinner @ CRT. Now I am thinking maybe I should do 1900PF since Charming and Cinderella are there and heard that the interaction is better

Thursday
HS (Is this really an all day park?)
pm for Osborne lights and dinner @ 50sPT. one of the girls hates fireworks so I don't know that I want to do a Fantasmic dining package if she is going to cry the whole time.

Friday
Epcot-am
breakfast @ Akershus
MVMCP-pm

Saturday
Chef Mickey's- breakfast
AK-am
back to MK- pm

Sunday
Depart

If I don't do CRT, then I will have an additional TS meal to fit in possible Saturday pm

Any advice/suggestions? I would greatly appreciate it!

Actually, you won't have another TS credit. The DDP is based on the number of NIGHTS you stay, not the days. You are staying FOUR nights, so you only have FOUR TS credits per person. If you don't want to pay OOP for one, I'd change your CRT to 1900 Park Fare (besides, your girls like the prince better anyway!).

Different question for you: have you already bought your tickets? You're only hopping one time. That's a lot of money for just one hop. I would rethink that option.

You will probably get mixed opinions on this, but here goes mine. We really enjoyed 1900 Park Fare-have done breakfast once and dinner twice. The breakfast was enjoyable with Alice, the Mad Hatter, Winnie the Pooh, Tigger , Mary Poppins, and had a nice choice of food. The dinner was fabulous character interaction including Cinderella, Prince Charming, the Step-Sisters, Cinderella's mice and the Fairy Godmother. They put on quite a show, interacted with the families, and just made you laugh. The food was quite good also-seemed not as great the second time, but still good. It has been a couple of years since we have been there to eat, but cannot imagine it has changed that much.

Since you are going to Akershus, you will see all of the other princesses there also, which would be a repeat of the castle. If actually dining in the castle is really important to you, then do it-otherwise I would suggest doing the 1900 and having an opportunity to try something else also. There are a lot of fun dining options for your family! There are more character options (Pooh, Stitch, etc), or just fun restaurants like O'Hana and Whispering Canyon Cafe, etc.

Hope this helps, and have a wonderful trip!:):)

This is going to be a VERY long day if you're not taking a break in the afternoon. We usually don't do a park the day of the MVMCP, eat an early lunch/dinner about 2 pm, then enter MK at 4pm for the party. They allow party goers to enter at 4pm. We don't like to take time out of the party for eating, except a quick snack on the go, since there is so much to do. You will be up and out very late for this event, and if you start with a breakfast at Epcot you will be exhausted. But, you don't seem to have enough days to skip a park that day. So, go early to Epcot then take a break in the afternoon, or you will be totally exhausted for the late evening. You will have fun though. We absolutely love MVMCP.

Don't miss visiting the princesses during MVMCP. They will have their princes with them!

The crisis has been averted! We ended up changing our reservation all together and will now be there from November 28-December 3 which gives us another full day in the park.

Here is our ADRs now.

Monday- dinner 1900PF
Tuesday- breakfast Chef Mickeys
Wednesday- dinner WCC
Thursday- breakfast Akershus
Friday- dinner Ohana

Good choices??
