So we're looking at a trip in the future and interested in staying on points at the Swan/Dolphin in late April. I know that their ADR benefit is 180 days, but not necessarily the +10 (some get it, some don't). We're looking at Chef Mickeys and CRT over 6 park days. Do you think it will be a big deal to not have that +10?

I don't think anyone will be able to tell you with certainty, but going in late April will at least avoid super heavy crowd times. It will also depend on what time you want to eat. If you are flexible and are willing to eat at non-peak times, you'll have a better chance at securing ADR's. The Touring Plans reservation finder is also a good tool if you don't get what you want right away. In just doing a cursory search 180 days from today, both CM and CRT had availability.

We went in the fall last time - which was free dining...so the +10 days was a HUGE benefit at that time. We can be pretty flexible, I just need to make sure I have the right expectations going into it :)
