ADRs open tomorrow, but a split stay...how does it work?

Hi All, Sorry, tried to search, but not finding this. My 180 day window is tomorrow, but we have a split stay of one night in a BWV studio on May 19th, then moving to a two bedroom from May 20th-26. This is a rental.

I think I can only book ADRs tomorrow for the first part of the trip...is that correct? If so, can I only book for the 19th, or can I also book for the check-out on the 20th as well?
