There are now dinner ADRs available for Halloween Party night CRT dinners since it was decided not to hold a special ticketed party event at CRT that evening - it will just be the regular dinner, so the ADRs time slots were just released.

The "Special Ticketed Event" indicator on CRT on MNSSHP nights means that you cannot book those reservations and dine without a ticket for the Halloween party. Not sure what you think was going on otherwise.

What that means is that no MNSSHP ticket, no dining for any ADR time 6:40 or after.

Yep...same as I'm seeing. Problem is, some people think that because they can actually book the reservation, blowing right past and ignoring the several warnings that you have to have a party ticket to actually dine there at that time, that it's a-ok.

It's obviously right that you have to have a MNSSHP ticket in order to have dinner at CRT during the Halloween party. But they hadn't previously released any dinner ADRs after 6:00 pm because there were tentative plans for an event like 2014's Villains' Sinsister Soiree which was held in CRT on party nights (and which was a separately ticketed event - on top of the MNSSHP ticket). This plan was dropped, so CRT ADRs are suddenly available for dinner during the party.

They released them at least 2 weeks ago. I was able to book multiple.

For some party nights, after-6:00-pm dinner ADRs were not available until now. Party-goers who weren't able to snag a CRT dinner on a party evening at 180 days out might want to try again now, in case the night of their party was one of the nights that was held back.

Is it worth doing CRT during MNSSHP? The only time I could snag a reservation there for our entire stay is at 8:30 that night. We already had tickets to attend the party but not sure if it's worth missing our only nance at CRT.

This! Just to reiterate.

It's up to you, you'll probably get a million response of "no, it's not worth it", as people, including me, wants to maximize every minute of the party doing characters or parades or whatever. You're essentially paying double for the party AND CRT while you at the restaurant.

But on the other hand, if it's the only time you can book CRT...

What you can do now is to keep your reservation, and just continue to look, reservations at another day might pop up.

For guests over 14, this is the only chance to come to CRT in costume (abiding, of course, by the new costume rules - no skirts dragging on the ground, etc.) to be photographed with the princesses at CRT. There are character greetings during the party, but not for all the face characters -- and the lines are very long. So depending on what you and your group are most interested in, CRT might or might not be worth it.
