ADRs only going to 178 days on MDE

Hi everyone,

Just curious if I am doing something wrong or maybe I have the wrong dates. It appears on the MDE website I can only book out to 178 days.

Today is Sunday 7/23, so 180 days from now should be 1/19/2017. However, MDE for me only goes out to 1/17/2017 (1/18 is not clickable on the calendar), which is only 178 days out. On the iphone app, I can go out to 1/18/2017 (179 days), but 1/19 just keeps giving me errors.

Today's Date: 7/23/16
Latest ADR on MDE website: 1/17/2017
Latest ADR on MDE app: 1/18/2017
180 days: 1/19/2017

Shouldn't I be able to book out to 1/19, or do I have my dates wrong? Is anyone else able to book out the full 180 days?

I was thinking it was just a temporary IT problem, but I've been checking every day for the past few days, and it's been like that everytime (178 days instead of 180).

I'm a little confused. Confirming that you are trying to make dining reservations for a 1/21 trip? Isn't it 180 days from that? It will not allow you to click on 7/25 (180 days) or any days prior to your reservation dates.

No, sorry for not being clear. My concern is that today (7/23) I can only book out to 1/17, so on 7/25, I will only be able to book out to 1/19 if the same pattern continues (when i should be able to book 1/21 on 7/25).

Hope that makes sense.
 
Kind of, but it is late and I should probably be sleeping. :)

Once my actual first eligible date became available, I was able to book the entire length of stay on the calendar. I just did it last week. Prior to that date, it was grayed out.
 

Booking opens at 6AM, so you were at least one day ahead of yourself. At the time you posted, 7/18 should have been open.

Well, it seems to be working now. It can book out to 1/20 today, which is the correct day. Of course it fixes itself right after I ask about it, so everyone can think I'm hallucinating, lol.
 
Funny, I just came to this boards with your exact same concern. I'm also booking for a trip starting on 1/21 and expect it to open up at 6AM this morning and right now it is only showing bookings starting on 1/18 (and it should show for 1/20. Hope it clears up for me soon, I really don't want to have to make a phone call.

Yeah, for some reason it was like that last night as well. My wife was awake at 3:30 AM this morning (6:30 EST) and checked out of curiosity, and it was booking out to the correct day. I think you should be fine. We're also booking for our trip tomorrow for 1/21. Good luck!
 
Well, I did get it, can make reservations for the 21st, but that's it, no +10. Crap. Now I have to wait up call. Grrr.
 
same thing is happening for me, so frustrating when you wake up to do this and they can't get their IT working correctly, it isn't the first time this has happened!

I even tried different computers and even different places VPN locations. No love. :(

Sorry it didn't work out. I wonder if it was an issue with your reservation linking properly to your MDE account. I recently read a post where the poster didn't see the grayed out dates of their upcoming reservation like you're supposed to, and they were able to fix it by calling somehow (the reservation wasn't linking properly to their MDE account for some reason). Hopefully you were able to get what you wanted over the phone.
