ADRs Online?

I'm trying to do our ADRs online. I know that when you phone to make ADRs that the lines only open from 12.00, however I thought that you could make ADRs online from 11.00. The problem is I keep getting a message that our res. can't be linked etc. So I'm just wondering if ADRs can still be made from 11.00.

Number and press option 1 and someone is there! Ask for your 3 letter 5 digit ref and see if that one works. It has for me. Otherwise ring and press option 3 at 12 for the 12 digit ref. I have made 8 reservations now but it's got stuck on number 9. Whole screen frozen.....

I've tried the 3 letter 5 digit ref and the 12 digit no. and nothing is working. I think that I'm just going to give up! I've had enough now!
