ADRs online vs phone booking

totally disappointed to find out park hours have changed for upcoming trip in december, causing me to want to change around park days and thus change around reservations for two key meals that don't want to miss, chef mickeys and crystal palace.

having no luck right now, but hoping might get lucky when it hits 45 days out from reservations.

does anyone know if i call to book reservations, if they have more openings than what is listed on the online booking system?

also, for the wishes dessert party, is there any way to find out what days it is on during the first two weeks of december?

I can answer that no the CMs you talk to at WINE and DINE see the same reservations you do. They do not have more than what is listed online.

So it is easier to check online with the new system.

1) I asked that same question yesterday when I was talking to a MS representative. She said no; they see what we see for dining availability.

2) I use Allears dot net for info like that but, currently, their site only says this:

NOTE: The Fireworks Dessert Party is currently only taking reservations for most nights through December 29, 2010.
Park admission to Magic Kingdom is required.
Call (407) WDW-DINE to make reservations. Pre-payment will be required.
No discounts available. The Disney Dining Plan is NOT accepted.

I guess, your best bet is to call and check. Good luck and have fun!
