ADRs online start at 7am? 6am?

I keep seeing some things online say you can start making ADRs at 7am, but then occasionally (like on Touring Plans website) it says 6am.
Is it 6am for the online system, and 7am by phone? I'm using online system.

ADR's are 6am eastern online and 7am eastern by phone.
FP+ is 7am eastern online.
