Ok, pretend you are 4.5 years old and you are a little girl. Where would you make your ADR's at? We can make ours starting July 3.

We are going in October and taking our 4.5 yr old twin girls and our 18 month old daughter. This will be our first vacation with kids and first time at Disney with the kids!

We are planning on definintely doing the princess meal at Epcot (Norway). Is this just one dining credit or does it now use two? I was confused on which it was right now. Also, which meal is best to go to (bfast, lunch or dinner)?

I was also thinking they would like the aquarium restaurant (I think it's called Coral Reef) and maybe the Sci Fi....I don't know. I want to find places that they will enjoy and not just sit there and it be any old restaurant.

So, with 3 little girls, where would you plan your ADR's? We will be there 5 nights.

For character meals, Crystal Palace with the Winnie the Pooh characters, Chef Mickey with the classic characters, and Akershus with the Princesses are the ones I'd suggest for that age. That takes care of meeting the biggies at meals, rather than in the parks where the lines can be long.

Akershus is 1 TS credit. Which meal is best really depends on the kids. Some pickier eaters don't much care for the Norwegan food at lunch and dinner and prefer the more familiar breakfast choices, but lunch and dinner do get pretty good reviews from people who enjoy that type of cuisine. Kids' menus are kids' menus and always have the familiar chicken strips/mac & cheese/pizza type choices, so the decision is really dependant upon your tastes more than theirs.

Beyond the character meals, Sci-fi is probably your best choice at Hollywood Studios. The food is pretty simple and the atmosphere is really unique.

With only 5 nights, I don't know if you'll want to plan two sit down meals at Epcot. If you're planning two days there Coral Reef would be a good choice, but if you're only going to have one day at Epcot, two sit down meals would take a lot of time away from the park. I'd stick with Akershus if you're going to choose just one Epcot restaurant.

Because Animal Kingdom closes at 5 most days, I'd suggest picking a resort restaurant that evening. Ohana would be a fun choice because of the activities for kids, but it books up quickly. Whispering Canyon at the Wilderness Lodge also gets kids in on the fun and has a lot of fans, plus it is an easier reservation to get than Ohana. Boma at Animal Kingdom Lodge is one of the more unusual restaurants when it comes to food, and the Lodge itself has enough to look at that there's no real need for entertainment.

Last year when my daughter was 4 her favorites were the Ohana breakfast with Lilo and Stitch, and 1900 Park Fare dinner with the step-sisters. In fact we are returning this year for her birthday and she asked specifically for 1900 PF to be her birthday dinner. She did also enjoy Coral Reef, and CRT although not as much as I thought she would :confused3.
