ADR's much easier this year?

so we are going oct/November this year and our 180+10 days came up and we got all the reservations we wanted at times we wanted and was able to modify to tweak the times...I was slightly gobsmacked. We usually go may/June and really struggle, are the parks that much quieter this time of the year?

The parks will be a little quieter than May/June, but you're outside the free dining time frame, so that may be why it was a little easier. Just did ours this morning too and was surprised to get a lunch BoG with a couple options to choose from.

I'm going in that same timeframe and still can't find a BOG dinner (but we're also competing with MNSSHP and crowded non-party nights, so I'm not shocked).

I'm going the 3rd week of October and had the same experience - I was able to obtain all of the ADR's I wanted, even BOG.

well it helps that its off season and that you arent going during free dining apparently, but the biggest attribute is that you were doing the 180+10, most people are not as on top of it. I can attest, these days, I can find the reservations I want at the 90 day mark a lot of the time, including BOG and CRT. But maybe I just get lucky....

Oh we are from the uk so still get free dining I'm assuming it's different for US guests then, but that may explain it. I'm certainly not complaining it's made the whole process much more enjoyable
