ADR'S Lost confirmation #'s

Hi, I made numerous (like 30 ADR's) for our upcoming Oct trip. I have the list with all the reservations, but at 1 point I called Disney and made a few changes. I recieved the new reservation #'S and penciled them in on the paper. Well, I lost the paper:scared: , I have the original on my laptop but unsure of the 2 or 3 changes I made. My ? is can they look up my name and go over all my ADRs or do I have to guess the restaurant, date and time and have them start hunting? Is there ever a time (ie. check in) that they give you a list of your ADR's. Thank you all ahead of time for your help and info!

Hi,

I believe all you need to do is give them your home phone number and they can see all of them on the computer screen. Otherwise guest services at your resort can print them out for you.
 
Yup. Stored by either your phone # or your resort confirmation #, they should be able to call them all up for you.

I just did this a couple of days ago (due to my computer crashing).

I of course had my reservation number on hand and then had to verify all telephone/mailing address info to even start (which I appreciate, it's a safety feature). The CM was hesitant (time factor perhaps, who knows), stated a couple of times that I would get a print-out at check-in (if I ask). I explained I need to plan my days accordingly (as we do not park-hop). She finally relented... gave me dates/time/place but not ADR numbers. :confused3

I had some hand-written notes so between the conversation with her, and my notes, I was able to create (and quickly print... just in case:rotfl: ) my list out!

Be persistant, if they "balk" just nicely, but firmly, insist you need them now to plan, not at check-in! :goodvibes

They can do a print out at check in. When I was there in Easter I asked for it and it was a lot! More than one page. It was so funny. I had a solo trip the following month heavy with dining and an 11 days trip with my DD in June. The CM commented that must REALLY like to eat! :lmao:

On another thread about being able to book ADRs over the internet I commented that what I would really like is an email confirnmation of the dining like we get when we make or change our room or package.
 
I was going to say the same thing. They can print you one out at check-in, with all of them on it. Have Fun!!
 
I called the other day to check on our December ADRs as well as to add 1 more for Raglan Road. CM that I spoke with was very gracious and gave me each date, time, # of guests and ADR #. I did verify my name / address / Disney res# before she gave me all my info.

Everything matched my Excel spreadsheet, so I was happy. Was able to snag a Saturday night dinner at RR just in time for the dancer. Now DD will be happy - especially if we are seated where we cam see!

2) Many dining CM's are on a per-call payment.
3) Every lengthy call reduces their performance rating AND their income.
4) The object is to get you a ressie and get you off of the phone.
5) Not to constantly check ressies or look up lots of already made ressies.

* Many dining CM's make 20¢ per-call-minute with an average call time of 1¼-minutes. If they start to exceed the average call time, they could lose their job. Disney now places quotas and performance levels on DRC (resort ressies) and ADR people. Don't perform and you are out. So, these types of calls can cost them money, or their jobs. No wonder they try to get you off of the phone quickly. Expect this to get worse as Disney keeps tightening their requirements for CM's.

Wow! That is really some interesting information! No wonder why they cannot keep knowledgeable, well trained staff!:sad2:
