ADR's linked to room reservations?

If you make dining reservations linked to a room package but end up canceling your room resercation before the paid in full date, do they automatically cancel your ADR's? I'm thinking of booking a reservation, but might still change to offsite depending on how things play out. If I change to offsite would I lose my ADR's?

Your ADRs won't be canceled. The tie to your room reservation was probably to get the 180+10 booking advantage, but once the ADRs are made they are not associated with your room reservation and you can keep them even if you switch to another resort, or even if you stay off site.
