Has anyone found that making ADRs on the same MDE as your FP+ selections limits the times you can reserve FP+? As in...the system won't let you book FP+ too close to your dining?

Yes. That's how they designed the system.

Just get FP+ for the times that are offered you.
THEN, go back and change the FP+ times to better suit you.

Thanks, Robo. I've read yes and no, but I trust that you always know what you're talking about. Do you happen to know the time frame it "blocks out" before or after an ADR? We have a Crystal Palace breakfast ADR for 8:15 and I'm trying to figure out how early it will allow us to book FP+ (9:00 park opening.) We make our FP+ ressies on Saturday.

When you change them you can get whatever time you want.

Oh, ok! So it will block close times during your original booking, but then when you go back and edit you can pick any time? That would explain the conflicting responses ;)

Yes. Just accept any initial configuration, then go back and select the times you prefer.

Thanks. That'll be helpful for times where we might want to finish our meal, ride something at the end of the FP+ window, then ride the next FP+ ride next, just as its window is opening.
