ADR's I HAVE MADE NEED SUGGESTIONS

OK I am not sure the night we arrive looking at Via Napoli,
The MK Day, KONA for breakfast. and LTT for dinner to see wishes.
HS day either Mama Melrose or counter service for lunch then to OHANA for dinner its late 9 will meat be overcooked by then??? should I change this to somewhere else maybe the WAVE or GRAND FLORIDIAN CAFE.
Please some ideas...

Ohana is so popular and so crowded that I don't think there is any danger that by 9 pm the meat will be old, cold, or overcooked. They pretty much serve it as fast as they can cook it all night. And since they are cooking right out in the open in the middle of the dining area, the CMs can immediately judge what the demand is and adjust the number of skewers they have on the fire accordingly.

While Ohana is an all you can eat, it is not a buffet. They serve everything fresh through the entire night. The kitchen prepares the sides, while you can see the meats grilled in the dining room at the fire pit.

A tip for beef lovers, they usually serve the sirloin well done..but if you ask your server for a lesser cooked temp they will accomidate you.

I always think dinner somewhere in WS and wandering around the WS is a nice first night.

For your HS day, I just chose MM for our lunch there. I checked out the menu online yesterday, and it looks really good!

I am not sure where you are staying, but if it was me, I would choose Wave or GFC over 'Ohana because you've already done Kona. This way, you get to see one of the other Deluxe monorail resorts.
