ADR's for restaurants not on DDP?

We're going to be doing DTD on our last full day, and planning on eating at either T-Rex or Rainforest Cafe....

Anyone know when you're allowed to call to make ADR's for these? I know T-Rex isn't scheduled to open till late Fall, but hoping maybe they'll make ressies before they open...

I think you can for Rainfores cafe but T Rex probably hasn't started accepting any Reservations yet.
