ADRs for offsite guests?

We're staying at the Poly this summer and took advantage of the 180+10 ADR perk. A friend is staying offsite and asked when she could make her ADRs. Can offsite guests call at the 180 mark? Do they have to call at each ADR's 180 day mark?

yeah, for staying offsite you have to be within the 180 day mark, so if you book for exactly 180 days from today, you'll have to call back tomorrow to book the next day and so forth.
