ADRs for Nov.--problem w/MK

Does anyone know whats going on with the hours for November? Usually the hours are out at the 180 day mark when I make my dining plans but they haven't come out yet so far. I called yesteray to start my ADRs and I actually had trouble booking a Fantasmic Pkg--pretty crazy since it was past the 180-day mark. But what was even stranger was that they told me on Nov. 2nd they couldn't give me dinner at the MK past 4 p.m. Now, last November there was a MNSSHP on Nov. 2nd, which we attended, and I was hoping there would be one this year, but so far no dates in Nov. Then I called back today to get a MK res. for Nov 4 and had the same problem. The CM said, there's probably a party that night, are you going? I'm like, no there isn't one as far as I know so let me know if there is and she checked it and said no. So I'm confused...any ideas?

There is another thread going on the Theme park section about this. http://www.disboards.com/showthread.php?t=1798250 Many have called Disney and none have received a good answer why the hours aren't posted yet. Apparently, it is an issue with the Super Soap Weekend schedule so none of the park schedules have been posted.
Here are the days for the MNSSHP http://www.disboards.com/showthread.php?t=1812347 I saw in another thread that people who booked the MVMCP were able to make ADRs for Dec but others were not. They are driving all of the early planners for Nov crazy.
