ADRs for Breakfast

Hi all!

Just wondering what typically is the earliest ADR available for the character breakfasts (specifically Crystal Palace and 1900 Park Fare). What if there is EMH for a particular morning? We are considering Crystal Palace for our MK day, and it just happens to be morning EMH - don't want to spend EMH eating - can we get in earlier that day?

We are definitely commandos, but we still want to have a couple of really good breakfast character experiences - the earlier the better!

I think most of the park restaurants open at 8am. The ones in the resorts probably open at 7:30. Another option would be to schedule Crystal Palace at 10:30 on an EMH day. You could do MK for 2 hours and then have breakfast.

We had the first seating at Crystal Palace last year and it was at 8:00 a.m. We did not have extra magic hours that morning so it was just right. We got out right before the park opened and didn't have to fight the crowds at the turnstile. If I were you I would only do a Breakfast ADR on regular park hour days.

We always get the earliest Crystal Palace adr possible which is 8:00 am. CP doesn't open earlier on an emh day, so if you do schedule an 8 am adr on this day it will be when the park opens for that day. We always schedule an 8 am adr on a non-emh day: you get to walk down an empty main street which is pretty neat, we're finished before 9 so we're ready as soon as the park opens & we don't have to worry about the park being any busier due to the emh.

Mickey's opens at 7:00 usually. Typically an hour is a bit of a rush for CM based on seeing all of the characters, but if you get the first slot you should be able to see them all and get over about the time EMH starts. It's just a short walk.

we usually make our adrs as soon as we can & we've never had a problem getting CP at 8 am

CRT and CP are definitely opening at 8am on our upcoming trip although i believe the earliest ADR for CRT is 8.05am due to the photo package.

Ohana's first sitting is 7.30am when we go - don't know if this is the same year round. Most basic hotel breakfasts are 7am and most park or character meals are 7.30am or 8am/
