So I'm going to Orlando for 5 days next week and have tix for 3 days at WDW. I'm staying at French Quarter. Since I'm on my own are ADRs still recommended?
The only places I really to care to hit this time without the family are Raglan, Rose and Crown, ESPN Zone and Big River Grill. Only the first two take ADRs I think.
What do you think?

It definately wouldn't hurt to have a reservation espically since your going during a busy time, but I would think, you should be able to get in without a problem but who knows!

- I would recommend an ADR for when you go to Raglan...especially if you are going during their entertainment time.
- Make sure to get an ADR for Rose and Crown right before illuminations. Ask for outdoor seating 
- ESPN Zone and Big River Grill are not my favorite, but can be fun. No need for ressies.

If you are by yourself, you should check out some of these places too: (both require ressies)
- Narcosses, it will be your own romantic dinner. You can even see Wishes from here at the right time
- Teppan Edo – At the Hibachi you can sit with other families and have fun with the entertainment ;)
-
I hope you have fun!!

If you want to sit at a table and be waited on, then you will need reservations. If you're OK with sitting at the bar at Raglan you may not need a reservation depending on how busy they are when you go - they have a LOT of bar seating but it can get full at times. Rose and Crown you will need a reservation for. You can't sit in the bar and order the full menu (they do have a smaller pub menu - but they also have very little seating and sometimes people camp in there for hours if they manage to get a chair). Big River and ESPN don't take reservations.

I would definately get ADRs for Raglan and Rose and Crown. I think you are safe with your other two choices being able to walk up.

Thanks for the replies. I went ahead and did ADRs.

Good call. Having been there solo before, and trying to find a "sit down" place without ADR's with no luck, I'd highly recomend them, especially if it's a place you really want to try.
