We will be at WDW during Jersey week (Th-Mon) and we are planning to spend the whole day Thursday in Epcot to avoid the weekend F&W/Marathon crowds. More interested in the booths than the rides so plan on doing EMH for Soarin, TT, SE and LWTL and being at our first booth by 11am.

My question is this...we planned a lunch ADR at Chefs de France for 1:30pm (to rest our feet) and a dinner ADR at Spice Road for 8pm (for Illuminations viewing.) These ADR's are more for a nibble and a drink/rest as we plan on hitting the booths hard. Wondering if I should just cancel them though and head back to the Swan for a rest mid-afternoon instead? Thought it might be nice to schedule in breaks but don't want have a problem only ordering drinks and apps. What would you do? Thanks!!

Since you only have 1 day, I would definitely cancel the ADRs. If you really want to eat at as many booths as possible, you probably won't be hungry even for apps at the ADRs. And especially if you're staying at the Swan, that's really easy to get back if you need to rest.

I would cancel the ADR's if you want to sample as much as possible from the booths

We didn't do a dining plan or any ADRs on our last trip so we could focus on enjoying Food and Wine - very glad we did! Last year we had the dining plan and, honestly, all the food just made us miserable. We hardly tried anything at Food and Wine.
