ADR's can't be found on system

I made some dining reservations for Chef Mickeys back in October for our trip in January. I misplaced our reservation #, so I called to see if they could help me out and the person on the phone said he couldn't find our reservations on the system.
He tried last name, phone number, zip code and nothing came up.
So we tried to re-book chef mickeys and of course everything is booked.

Does anyone know if I can call Chef Mickeys directly and see if our name is on the list for the days we had booked?

The restaurant gets their info from the dining system - so if the CM couldn't find it, I don't think the restaurant could/would have it.
