Typical meal times are the most crowded, as is any time after Illuminations ends.

ADR's are not available at Beaches and Cream. Often seats are available at the counter when there is a wait for tables. Your best bet is 11:00-11:30AM
Nearby alternatives:
-- Hurricane Hanna's, a fast food stand in Stormalong Bay
-- Yacht Club Galley, a simple restaurant in the Yacht Club resort, almost never a wait there
-- Dolphin Fountain, a similar menu to B&C just off the entryway across from the Swan
-- ESPN Club, a burger & sandwiches place with sports theme on the section of the Boardwalk nearest Beach Club
