ADRs and MNSSHP

I am in the planning stages of a trip for October 12-16, 2010, will be booking next week, including dining. Are their days that the MNSSHP are traditionally held during the week? I am planning on attending this and would like to plan meals around this. Thanks for your input!

Pattern from last year appears to be Tues, Thurs, & Sundays (& possibly Friday).
