54 days to-GO! I cannot believe it! After months of planning, my dining reservations and FPs are complete! We will be celebrating our DDs 5th birthday (as well as my DHs - since their birthday is on the same day!) The crowd levels should be good as it is the weekend after Labor Day. Please review my below agenda and share with me your advice now that my FPs are complete. The only day that has a couple of variables is our HS day. I am not positive what may happen with the Frozen Summer Fun! so I am crossing my fingers that some events remain. We shall see! Please share with me your thoughts on our plans! princess:

Everything looks great - but I have one thing that I think might be hard. How will you check out of All Star Movies, check in to the CR and make it to EPCOT by 9:30ish? That might be tough unless you guys are early birds.

We love Hoop Dee Doo, Beaches and Cream and Akershus.

If you do Jiko then will you go back for Fantasmic? I would stay for Fantasmic and go to Sci-Fi or 50s Prime Time for dessert. We love the PB&J shakes at 50s PT but love the atmosphere at Sci-Fi.

Enjoy - great plans.

This is our first trip since the 80s! :)

I thought that my Soarin FP would give me an hour window? Is that true? Do you think we could get to Epcot by 10am-ish?

That is a great idea for AFTER Fantasmic. Yes....if we do Jiko (which is my #1 choice!) then do you think we would have time to go back for Fantasmic. I believe it is at 8:30pm that night.

I thought they would move all your stuff from resort to resort, no? Then you aren't dealing with check-in/check-out and can head straight to Epcot from All Star.

I figured we would pack a small bag for the first night with pjs, toiletries, and a change of clothes to keep it simple. We will be getting into town about 7 so my plan was just to simply have a place to put our heads for the night.

Thoughts?

I changed my Soarin to 10 min later. That is all that it would allow but now it is 9:35a to 10:35a!

I think your plan looks great. I did a resort check out at Pop (you don't have to go to the front desk to check out if you have express checkout) and walked over to AoA at 7am to check in. It did not take long at all to check in and my room was even ready. Since you have your car and only plan on having the one bag with you at all stars...it will be a VERY easy process. You will have no problem getting to Epcot as early as you want to.

I think your cutting it close on AK day going from 9:05-10:05 to FOTLK at 10am if ghosts show start time. Safari can back up at times. Just my opinion.

I plan on getting to AK at RD. My goal was to get the first ride in the safari. 9:05-10:05 was the FP window. It is a crowd level one. The FP was just a back up.

Would you advise shooting for that concept and then FP FOTLK at 10am?

I guess we could always go to FOTLK at 12pm as a back up?

If you get to Soarin at 10 you will be fine. Since you have your car - I would just check in yourself and bring your own luggage - since you want your car at the CR anyway.

You could make the Fantasmic - it just is a lot of traveling - if you don't mind then it is doable.

Enjoy your trip!

If RD is 9am and yr first u might make it on the safari by 9:15. The ride, without any problems is about 20 minutes.

You can call bell services in the morning and have them sent to the contemporary resort. You can check in later when your done with the parks. The only time you would need to check in earlier is if you have the free dining plan on your second resort. We did a split stay last November ( pofq room only then por for the remainder of our trip with free dining) in order to use the dining credits we had to check in at por first before going to the parks.
