ADRs and FP+

So I've read that ADRs can block out FP+ times. I'm the the DME primary with my kids and husband on the account- they don't have ones. If I create one for any of them can I make the ADR on their account and not have it affect the FP+ times?

My husband is not coming with us this time. Could I create a DME account for him and make the ADR since he won't need FP+? (I can add him to the room reservation for 180+10)
