ADR's & a 14 month old..

We are planning on going November 23- December 1. We booked with a DDP because we had free dining once before and found it worked rather well for us. Loved not having to worry about carrying cash for meals. However at that time it was just myself and DH. We dont really care for that structured of a trip though, but put up with it knowing free dining would be next to impossible to eat where we wanted. When we go this time we will have a 14 month old DD in tow as well as my parents. Possibly my brother and his girlfriend. How absolutely mandatory will ADR's be at this time of year? I understand crowds are not too bad this time of year and there isnt any free dining nor history of it at that time. I would really prefer to stay pretty flexible with a baby. I should mention we did make one ADR for the night we go to MVMCP..Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
