No. You don't even have to be staying on site to make ADR's at 180 days. Anyone and everyone can start booking ADR's at 180 days.

You can start at 180 days but if you don't stay on site i believe you have to make a reservation each day after. If you stay on site you get 180 plus 10 but not when you are staying off site.
