When booking ADRs online, do I have to click the link that says booking with dining plan?? Or can I just book and use the dining plan when we get there?? I'm booked through DVC, and we're waiting on the dining plan to be added. We want to go ahead and make our reservations now though, so we can get everywhere that we want.

You can book and let them know that your on the plan when you check in the restaurants. You don't have to specify that you have it making the ressies, so book with no fear
