We are going in Nov. and I want to do CD for dinner each night. We arrive Nov 10th and leave Nov. 16th. When do I need to start calling to make the reservations? Do I call starting May the 14th, will they be able to make the whole wk reservations or wait unit May 20th, to get the whole wk (hope this makes sense...). Thanks a bunch ;)

It is my understanding that you can make ressies 6 months out from your trip :goodvibes

Yeah, and a good thing too! We just booked another trip for this August two days ago. I phoned last evening to make our dinner reservations, and was surprised that a number of the places\times we wanted were already NOT available. The one that really shocked me was Liberty Tree Tavern. The earliest dinner available was around 8:30pm. :scared1: Either way, we sill setup a pretty good week, but I think I'll start booking 6 months out from now on, LOL.

Just to clarify, to make ADRs for your whole trip on the 180th day in advance of your check-in date, you will need to be (a) staying at a WDW resort (which is a given if you will be on the DDP); and (b) have your resort reservation in the system - you will be asked for your confirmation # but I suppose they can look up your reservation with other identifying information.

I booked our trip w/AAA - I guess I would need to call our agent and get the conf. number - wouldn't I, or would it be on our paperwork? Sorry...first time at this :rotfl:

I have not personally found this to be true. We made ADRs before booking the resort when we were planning on going in October, and the CM allowed me to book ADRs for the entire trip anyway. THe official rule might be that you have to be staying on site, but we all know how uniform Disney's enforcement of official rules is...

Does anyone know if the S & D count as Disney resorts for the 180+10 policy?
