Hi All
have to book our ADR on 16/04 realised Disney need our reservation number if that has been made with atour compnay ( First Choice) will they recognise that resssie number ?

Thx

Viv xxx

I phoned on Sunday and they didn't take my reservation number with airtours and they did keep asking for it but before I had a chance to key it in on the key pad they had put me thru to a cast member. All they asked was I staying at a Disney resort.

We booked our ADR's last night. We had no reservation number so did not press anything, after a couple of "i did not recognise the number" we were put through. The lady booked our ADR's off our virgin reservation number so that when we ring to book the rest we just need to quote this number.

Thx
Do I have to be really on the ball and phone dead on 7am their time which is 12 our time is that right ? i'm such a newbie lol

Viv :rotfl:

It all depends on where you want to dine and how flexible your are prepared to be with the times :)

If you post a list of what you are looking to do we might be able to help you a bit more :goodvibes:

We phoned at 9.00pm our time and got every ADR we wanted the majority on the exact time, the worst was 20 minutes later than we wanted, we even managed to get the Spirit of Aloha, which we have been told only has a limited ammount of seating on the DDP.

Give it a try and good luck:thumbsup2

I just booked my ADR's + 10 today and was never asked to punch in my telephone number, I told the the CM I spoke to that I was from the UK and he just took some info (never asked for my Virgin ressie no) and I was fine. I phoned dead on 12pm, got through straight away with no wait. I got all 10 ADR's at the times I wanted too, except one which was 30mins difference and 1 10mins! I even got CRT! I'm so happy and will be phoning again in a few days to book my last 4 days. BTW the phone call lasted over 16 mins :scared1: Also when I asked for a time around about half past 5 the CM replied I can give you 5.10, 5.20, 5.30 so I said 5.30 please, they don't understand half past! :rotfl2:

Good luck.

I can't really see anything there that will cause you too many problems provided you can be flexible up to about 30 minutes :)

The 3 I think you definitely wouldn;t want to wait too long on are Mama Melrose at 4:30, Crystal Palace CB at 8am and California Grill at 7.

Good luck with them all, I am feeling very hungry again now

You may just want to check when the refurbs are finished at GF, I know it's shut all of August so it should be done, but worth checking out anyway!

Thx for that
Fingers crossed that 1900 will be finished with the refurb

viv 1900 will still be closed in august i think

The Grand Floridian Resort's 1900 Park Fare will close for refurbishment Monday, July 9, 2007, through Monday, October 1, 2007, and is scheduled to reopen October 2, 2007. During this time, the Grand Floridian Cafe will become the site for both the "Supercalifragilistic Breakfast" and "Cinderella's Gala Feast." These will both be character meals, but NOT buffets (as they are at 1900 Park Fare) -- they will be pre-plated character meals.

The a la carte menu usually offered at Grand Floridian Cafe will NOT be available there during this time. Citricos (located on the second floor of the Grand Floridian), however, will expand its hours and menu to include a la carte breakfast, lunch, and dinner seven days a week. If you want to dine at the Grand Floridian Cafe during this time, it can be ONLY for the character breakfast or character dinner -- you will NOT be able to book a reservation otherwise.

In addition, the Wonderland Tea Party will NOT be available during the 1900 Park Fare refurbishment.

Booked 10 of my reservations on tuesday phoned at 12pm and got all the times i wanted but they wouldent let me book raglin road until the 180 days because its not a disney owned restraunt called today and booked le cellier on my 11th day and got the time i wanted aswell will ring on saterday for some more all i have to do now is wait 6 months to go:)

Viv - you must be travelling the same day as us as our countdown is the same. I will have to try and beat you to the ADR line on 16th April :rotfl2:

Can someone tell me, are ADRs, character breakfasts etc only bookable in advance if you are staying in a Disney resort?

We are staying off-site, but Id like to take junior to a character breakfast.

Also, if it is possible, do you think I would be able to get a booking with 4 months to go, or am I too late?

Thanks :thumbsup2

I believe anyone can book them at 180 days out, its only if staying on a Disney property you can do 180 days plus 10 days of your stay so 190 days out. I'm not going to say at 4 months whether its too late or not but I would think you will be able to get something sorted. Good luck.

So you can book 190 days if you are staying at a Disney resort?
Lizzy we are going 13/10-27/10 when are you going ?

Viv x

Exactly the same dates. You can book at 180 days out but for the first 10 days of your holiday. You will have to ring again for the last 4 days.
