ADR with resort cancellation

Say I have a resort stay reserved and made ADRs at my 180 date. What happens to my ADRs if I end up cancelling my resort stay before the trip? Do they automatically get cancelled as well or do they stay on my plans? Thanks.
 
They are independent reservations. Your ADRs will stay in place.
