ADR "Window" question

Here's another newbie question for ya! Tour Guide Mike says that I have 20 days left before my ADR windows open up. Now, here's the dumb part? If we arrive at WDW on a Monday and activate our multiday passes but want an ADR for perhaps the Friday night, does that 180 days start from pass "activation" or from the night we want to go to particular restaurant? There is a 5 day difference there that I am unsure of! Thanks for your ADR experienced advice!! :grouphug:

It's just 180 days from today. So, if that particular Friday you are interested in is 180 days away, you can book it now... make sense?

You also get the benefit of +10 days in your window. So, for example, if you arrive Monday, you can call 180 days from that Monday and book ALL of your ADR's for your trip up to +10 days from your arrival. That way, they don't make you call back every day for each day of your trip!
