ADR Timing Question

We're going to WDW over next Thanksgiving and would like to do a breakfast or lunch at Cindy's on 11/26, so 180 days out is May 30, according to the PS Calculator. However, we are checking in to the Poly on 11/25, so would we be able to make ADRs for our entire trip starting on May 29? I think that's right, but just want to be sure.
