ADR time

when your window opens what time can you start making ADR's. I originally heard 7am. Is this correct. TIA

6 am Eastern for online ADRs

7am Eastern for phone ADRs. That gives you an hour to pull your hair out and restrain yourself from throwing your device across the room in frustration with the MDE System, before giving up and begging the phone CM to help you.
