ADR time vs arrival time. (the Turf Club)

So I am very new to ADRing, and well, Disney dining. (I just moved here to work, so I have made it my mission to try to eat at most places throughout the year. Slowly trying to find times at CRT, Ohana and such, and will then ask for the day off. Is it possible to search multiple days at a time?)

My main question is this: I have an ADR at 6.20pm for The Turf Bar and Grill. What time should we arrive at The Turf, how popular of a place is it, and do you get seated quickly?

It's for my birthday celebration, which is mentioned in the ADR, will they do anything for it?

They ask that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your ADR. We generally do. You will be seated at the first available table for your party size. You may or may not have to wait, but I wouldn't expect a long wait at the Turf Club. It is more of a "Hidden Gem" than a really popular restaurant.
They may or may not do anything for your birthday. Sometimes they have mickey shaped confetti on the table, sometimes they bring a Birthday cupcake with a candle etc. My best advice is to not expect anything, and if they do do something you will be pleasantly surprised.
