Do you think Disney will adjust the ADR time from 60 days out to like 90 or 180 days out in the near future?

I think any answer would just be pure speculation.

I always thought the 180 day mark had more to do with getting people to commit to packages so Disney could assess room inventory before dropping a discount. I don't really see any reasons they couldn't stay at 60 days long-term, nor do I see any reasons they couldn't (hopefully gradually) go back to 180 days.

Regardless of how far (or close) out they make them, you're still competing with the same number of people. It's not the 60 days thing that makes ADRs tough. It's the number of slots and the number of people. That would be the same if the window was 90 days or 180 days (give/take SOME but probably not as many as you think given the resort availability).

I think it won't change until a decision is made on Fastpass. There's no way they could make ADRs and FP+ both at 60 days.

Yes and no. I do think there are more people planning 60 days in advance than 180. Many people missed that 180 day window either because they weren't aware or didn't have the trip planned that far ahead. 60 days is much more doable for most people.

I posted this just now on another 180 day thread - but - a weird thing I noticed (and maybe others have, as well) - I went to look at making my 60 day reservations and ... the calendar now extends to 180 days. It doesn't allow me to book for them but whereas two days ago, I couldn't click on my arrival date for Sept 2021 because it was 60+ days away, I can now click on dates through mid-January 2022. Again, it then glitches and says I can't find anything - but I'm surprised the dates are in blue and clickable whereas they weren't a few days ago.

Wont extend for me at all. But something is probably up. Ughhhhh.
